Terms & Conditions
The Promoter of the Competition is Blackbushe Airport Ltd, Terminal Building, Blackbushe Airport, Camberley, Surrey, GU17 9LQ.
The Competition is only open to attendees of AeroExpo, Wycombe Air Park, from 13th-15th June 2019. No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. To enter, Entrants must supply either a business card, or complete a Competition entry card which must include their Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number.
The Competition opens on 13th June 2018. The Promoter has the right to withdraw this Competition at any point.
The Competition closes at 14:00 on Saturday 15th June 2019 and the Prize Draw will be held shortly thereafter. The winner will be selected at random and will receive an Apple iPad (6th Generation) Wifi 32GB Space Grey.
The prize is as stated, no cash or alternatives will be offered. In the event of the prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer another prize of equal or greater value.
If the winner is not present at the Prize Draw, they will be contacted using the email address provided within 7 calendar days.
If the winner of the Prize Draw does not respond within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to hold another draw to select a new winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and any photographs of the draw or prize presentation on social media and Blackbushe Airport Website.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you because of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
Blackbushe Airport Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you supply in accordance with data protection legislation and as described in our privacy policy which can be found on our website. By entering the Competition, you agree to the collection, retention and usage of your personal information to process and contact you about your Competition entry, and to send you marketing and promotional messages. Your data will not be passed to 3rd parties. You may unsubscribe from any marketing campaigns at any time.
Employees of Blackbushe Airport Ltd or their families are not eligible to enter the Competition
